The short version: client records never leave the client’s device, and we never see them. This is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for your own legal or compliance review.
Client data stays on the client’s phone
The un-vape app a client uses is a Progressive Web App. Everything a client records lives on their own device. There is no client account. No client data is transmitted to us, and none is transmitted to the practitioner who distributed the app. We cannot see what a client records, and neither can you.
The only data channel is client-initiated
The single way a record ever leaves a client’s device is a PDF the client chooses to print and hand to their practitioner, the same as a journal page or a verbal report. There is no background sync, no export to us, and no practitioner dashboard into client records.
What we hold about practitioners
When you sign up we store the details you give us to run your account: your name, email, practice name, your install-page branding, and billing handled through our payment processor. We use these only to operate your account, your subdomain, and your install page.
Interest emails
If you submit your email on this site before sign-up opens, we store the email, the form source, and the time submitted so we can follow up when sign-up is ready. We may send that notification through our email provider. No newsletter. Unsubscribe is a reply.
No third-party trackers
We use no third-party analytics SDKs, ever. We keep server-side aggregate counts only, and server-side error monitoring. No advertising pixels, no session recording, no cross-site tracking.
