For practitioners who distribute un-vape. This is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for your own legal or compliance review.

What un-vape is

un-vape is a between-session observation tool you distribute to clients who vape automatically. It is not a clinical intervention, not a medical device, not a quit program, and not a crisis tool. It does not diagnose or treat. It lives in the space between your sessions, and your own clinical judgement governs how you use it with a client.

Subscription and billing

A solo practitioner subscription is $99 per month, billed month to month. The founding practitioner rate is $79 per month, available to the first twenty practitioners and locked to their account for as long as the subscription stays active. Practice and clinic tiers are arranged by enquiry. Billing is to the practitioner only. Clients are never billed and never need an account.

Cancelling

You can cancel in one click in your dashboard. Your install page pauses within minutes. There is no clawback and no termination fee. Clients who already installed the app keep their on-device data, because we never held a copy of it.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you distribute un-vape to your clients and for meeting your own professional, clinical, and regulatory obligations. You agree not to misrepresent what un-vape is, and not to present it as a clinical intervention or a substitute for care.

Age and supervision

un-vape is intended for adult clients unless a practitioner uses it with appropriate guardian involvement and their own professional, legal, and privacy review. Youth nicotine support can carry additional duties that this plain-language summary does not replace.

No warranty

un-vape is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active practitioners before they take effect.
